Genesis is a PC based alphanumeric paging system compatible with all Windows® based operating systems. Genesis allows users to send messages to on-site pagers, cell phones (SMS) and wide area pagers from any PC on your network.
This system can support over 32,000 Contacts and Groups. Genesis runs on a SQL Server database to ensure data security and reliability.
Task Management
Ensure tasks assigned to staff are completed promptly and efficiently with the Task Management Module. Tasks are assigned to staff with the relevant details, eg More towels required in room 123, then once the task has been completed, the staff member closes off the task via the Software, Telephone or PDA. Reports can be produced describing response times and task details.
Fire and Security Alarm Intergration
Get paged straight away when a Fire or Security alert happens. Genesis will connect directly to the subsidiary system via Dry Contacts, RS232 or TAP/PET Protocols.
Network Paging
Genesis is true server/client software package allowing instant messaging from any PC on the LAN (Local Area Network) or WAN (Wide Area Network) to an Alphanumeric or Numeric Pager anywhere on site. Genesis can even be run from a Web Browser so no software is required to be installed on a client machine to use the Paging System.
SMS Mobile Phone Messaging
As well as paging Alphanumeric Pagers, Genesis can even send SMS messages to Mobile Phones. This allows an employee or manager to still get notified when he or she leaves for the day. You can even get fire and security alerts SMS'd do your mobile phone so you always know whats going on.
Telephone Paging
No need to run back to a PC on your network to quickly get in contact with someone. Just simply pick up any handset on your phone system and dial straight into the Paging System to send a numeric message (eg Phone Extension) or predefined alphanumeric message.
