It is with great pleasure that both Darren Brighton, a Director of BluFi Wireless (SA) Pty Ltd and Eddie Jackson, a director of Jackson Care Technologies announce as of the 1st of July 2008 the merger of the two businesses. The new company will be called BluFi Solutions Pty Ltd for which the Head Office will be based in Adelaide.
BluFi Solutions will market its products to the Hospitality and Healthcare industry Australia wide, through existing offices in QLD, NSW, VIC, SA and WA.
Darren Brighton said about the merger JCTs excellent reputation as a leader in providing nurse call solutions to the health care market, together with BluFi Wireless (SA)s established Hospital paging network throughout Australia, made the synergies too attractive to pass up. The emergence of BluFi Solutions combines the strengths of both companies and delivers a company that will be able to deliver an end to end solution to both the Hospitality and Hospital Industries for all their communication needs.
